Ticket type-specific questions
- Apply custom questions to certain ticket types
- Collect different information based on ticket type

To get started, first sign up for a free Eventbrite account or log in to your existing Eventbrite account and create an event.
If you’re working on an already-created event, click My Events at the top of the screen and then, click on the name of your event to get to the Manage page of that event.

On the Manage page, click Order Form from the features list on the left side under the Modify Order Options subheading.

Choose one of the following options (either of the last two of the three options shown in the box labeled What type of information do you want to collect?):
1. Collect information below for the ticket buyer only
OR
2. Collect information below for each attendee
Note: If you'd like to collect answers to your question(s) from everyone joining you at the event, make sure to select the option to Collect information below for each attendee. This way, the ticket buyer will be able to input information for all of the people who will be accompanying them.

Click the Create a Question button below Your questions.

Input your question in the Question field. Then, choose from a variety of answer formats: text, paragraph text, multiple choice (radio buttons, check boxes, or dropdown menu), or waiver.

To apply this question to those ordering a specific ticket type, make sure to check the Show this question for specific ticket types box. Then check the box next to the ticket type that the question applies to. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page so your settings will be saved.
Note: You can view your attendees' answers to your questions at any time by viewing and/or exporting an Attendee Summary report!
