I can't find or print my tickets

Updated: Mar 13, 2014

  • Check the order confirmation email
  • Log in to Eventbrite to access and print

Tip: The easiest way to print or reprint your tickets is by opening the order confirmation email you received in your email inbox after you completed your order. You can also find them by going here and logging in to Eventbrite.

Check the order confirmation email

1

After registering for an event, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite. Find the PDF file attached to the order confirmation email and download it to view and print your ticket(s). You may also click on the link provided in the email to download the tickets.

Note

Note: Some event organizers will choose to disable PDF tickets since they don't need tickets to check in their attendees on the day of the event. If this is true for the event you're attending, then you will not see a file attached to the email or a link to click on to download your tickets.

Tip: When downloading the attachment, you're given the option to Save or Open the file. We recommend you choose to Save the file to your desktop. Then open the saved file from your desktop and print it.

Use the Eventbrite app for iOS or Android

You can access your ticket barcodes and event information using the Eventbrite app for iOS or Android

Log in to Eventbrite to find your tickets

1

To log in to your Eventbrite account, go here.

2

Enter the email address that you used at the time you registered and click Continue.

If you've set a password for your account, the Password field should show for you to enter your password. Enter the password for your account and click Log In.

If you haven't set a password for your account, we will send you an email with a link to set your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a password and log in to Eventbrite.

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link to reset your password.

3

Once you've logged in to Eventbrite, click on the My Tickets tab at the top of the page if it isn't already selected.

4

Click View Order to reference your registration. Then click the green Print Tickets button to download and print your tickets.

Note

Or, if you’re looking to print your tax invoice instead, click the gray Print Tax Invoice button to download and print your tax invoice.

Tip: When you are given the option to Save or Open the file, choose to Save the file to your desktop. Then open the saved file from your desktop and print it.

5

If there isn't a green Print Tickets button below the details of your event, then the organizer has elected to disable the PDF tickets. This means that you do not need to print a ticket to attend the event.

You can view event instructions by checking your order confirmation email and/or the event registration page. You can view the event registration page by clicking on the name of the event while on the My Tickets screen.
