Promote your event on major search engines and the Eventbrite events directory
By default, your event will be marked as Public, and so will be:
- be indexed by major search engines (like Google, Yahoo!, and Bing);
- made available to our distribution partners, like Zvents and Eventful;
- listed on our public event-search directory, making it easy to find by event seekers.
Make sure that your event is marked as Public by going to Step 8: Set Privacy on the Edit page for your event. To better help your event's 'searchability' by search engines, event seekers, and event-indexing sites, select one or two categories that best describe(s) your event and tag your event with relevant keywords.
