Managing your email preferences

 
 

To manage your email preferences, go here. Or you can log in to your Eventbrite account, click on your email address in the upper right, select Account from the dropdown menu, and then slick on Email Preferences on the menu on the left side.

Select the communications you wish to receive, or deselect the ones you no longer want to receive. Click Save Preferences at the bottom of the page once you're finished.

 

Eventbrite newsletters, updates and notifications

 
 

To unsubscribe from a newsletter or updates and notifications from Eventbrite, look for the link at the bottom of the email you prefer not to receive, then click through and confirm. Keep in mind that you can also turn these on or off in your Email Preferences as detailed above. This will not affect your ability to receive email invitations from event organizers.

 

Email invitations sent by a particular event organizer

 
 

At the bottom of each email invitation, you'll find a link to unsubscribe you from receiving any more invitations from the event organizer who sent you that email invitation. You will still be able to receive email invitations from other organizers, as well as emails from us at Eventbrite.

 

All invitations and attendee emails sent by any event organizer

 
 

You will no longer receive email invitations or attendee emails from any event organizer. You can request a global unsubscribe here. This will not affect your ability to receive emails sent from us at Eventbrite.
