Visit this page to get started.

Enter your Eventbrite account's email address in the text box, then click the Reset Password button. A password-reset email will be sent to that email address.

Check your email inbox and open the email from Eventbrite with the subject line Your new Eventbrite password. Click the Set a new password button in the email.

You'll now be taken back to Eventbrite to enter and verify your new password. Click the Reset password button when you're finished.
