Tip: An email address cannot be both the admin and a subuser on an account. To make a subuser email address the admin email address on an account, follow the directions below!
Note: Are you not the admin on the account? Maybe the admin has left your organization? In that case, you'll need to get the admin user's account password so you can log in to their account--as detailed in step 1 above--and then continue on to the next steps below.
Click Delete next to the subuser email that is going to become the main administrator.

Note: Clicking on Delete next to the subuser's email completely closes the Eventbrite account under that subuser's email. Before deleting the subuser's email, you may want to alert the subuser in case they ordered tickets through our site or have any other information to save before their account is completely closed.
While still in the Account tab, click on the Contact Info link on the left side. Next to the current account email address, click on Change, enter the desired email address, the current password for the main account, and then click save.
Note: If you receive an error message saying that the new email address is already registered with Eventbrite, click here to learn what to do.
Congrats! The subuser's email is now listed as the main account email address.
Tip: You can always change the password on the account by clicking on the Password link on the left side of the page when you're in the Account tab.
