To get started, log in to your Eventbrite account and click My Events at the top of the screen. Then click on Edit to the right of your event’s name to get to the Edit page of your event.

In Step 2: Add Ticket Information, you may notice that the Status column is listing your ticket type as Not Started or Ended.

To change the sales date of your ticket type, click on the name of the ticket type you'd like to change the sales date for.

Once you click the ticket name, an Edit Ticket window will appear. You can adjust the Start Sales and/or End Sales by choosing a specific date/time or an amount of time before the event starts. Click Save at the bottom right of the box to ensure that the changes are made.


Note: If you don't see a field to change the Start Sales or End Sales, you'll want to click Show next to Advanced Options.
If the Status column of your Ticket Type displays Hidden, you may simply click Show so that the Status changes to On Sale and the ticket is visible on your event page.
After you finish updating the ticket sales dates for your event, check out your page by clicking on the View tab. Your tickets should now be on sale!

To change the sales date of your ticket type, click on Settings to the right of the Ticket Name you'd like to edit.

Once you click Settings, your ticket setting options will appear. You can adjust the Sale Starts and/or Sale Ends by choosing a specific date and time. Click Apply at the bottom right of the box to ensure that the changes are made.

If the Sales Status column of your ticket type displays Hidden, you may use the dropdown menu to select OnSale so that the Sales Status changes to On Sale and the ticket is visible on your event page. Make sure to click Save at the top right to save the changes.
After you finish updating the ticket sales dates for your event, check out your page by clicking on the Design tab. Your tickets should now be on sale!
