Tip: Use the Orders report to view payment information and fees for all orders, as well as edit ticket orders for your event. You also issue any refunds from within the Orders report.
From the My Events page, click on the title of your event to go to the Manage page for that event. On the Manage page, select Orders from the features menu on the left side of the page.

The Orders report includes a list of all ticket orders for your event. It also includes information about the fees and attendees for each order. You can sort, filter, and export the list of orders.

Each order and each attendee can be edited by using the Quick Actions menu located within the order report. The Quick Actions menu also gives you the option to refund your attendees. Click here to learn more about how to issue a refund.
