TIP: Use this feature to remove or hide ticket types from your event registration page.
On the Edit page of your event, locate the Step 2: Add Ticket Information box.

Next to each ticket type, there is a Hide and an X link.
To delete your ticket type, click on the X. Deleting a ticket type is only available for ticket types that have not had any ticket sales. Deleting the ticket types will remove that ticket from your page and your account.
If you just want to hide the ticket, keeping it from showing up on your event registration page, click on Hide. We do want to assure you that hiding a ticket will preserve the attendee data associated with that ticket type.

To get started, log in to your Eventbrite account and click My Events at the top of the screen. Then, click on Edit to the right of your event’s name to get to the Event Details page of your event.

To delete or hide a ticket, go to Step 2: Create Tickets. To the right of the Ticket Name, you’ll see the Sales Status column. Use the dropdown menu to select Hidden. Hiding a ticket type will remove the ticket type from your event registration page, but will preserve the attendee data associated with that ticket type.

To delete a ticket type, simply click on the X to the right of the ticket name.


Note: You may only delete a ticket type if there haven’t been any ticket sales for that particular ticket. Deleting a ticket type will remove that ticket from your page and your account.
