Tip: Payouts are generally sent 5 business days after your event ends, and take a number of days to reach you.

The end date of your event is set in Step 4: Add When on the Edit page for your event, and is not necessarily the same as your ticket sales end date, which is set in Step 2: Add Ticket Information on the Edit page.

1

From the My Events page, click on the title of your event to go to the Event Summary on the Manage page.

2

If you see an alert in your Total Sales box asking you to update your payment information, you need to enter how you'd like to receive your funds. You can click the update your payment information link to do this, or click here for more detailed instructions.

3

24 or more hours after your event has ended, you will see the Payment Status box in your Event Summary, which will show the status of your payout.

- A status of Processing means that we are batching and delivering the direct deposit request to our bank or printing and posting the check.

- The Initiated status usually only appears briefly for direct deposit (bank transfer) payments, and means that the funds are in the process of being moved to your bank.

- A status of Sent will show 5 days after the end of your event, and means that we've sent your payout. (Remember that your payout isn't sent to you until 5 days after the end of the event.)

US AND CANADIAN ACCOUNTS

For US and Canadian accounts, you should receive your check within 5 business days--or your direct deposit within 2 business days--from the Date of Payment displayed (or from the next business day, if the Date of Payment falls on a weekend or US banking holiday).

ACCOUNTS IN ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

For accounts in other countries, you should receive your bank transfer within 4 business days from the Date of Payment displayed (or the next business day, if the Date of Payment falls on a weekend or US banking holiday).

In general, this means that you should receive the funds into your bank account 5-10 business days after the end of your event. Please keep in mind that the delivery of your funds may be delayed by banking holidays in the country where your bank is located.

-----

Note

Note: For direct deposits and bank transfers, the actual amount of time for the funds to post to your account after the Date of Payment displayed can vary, depending on your bank. The time frames shown above are for general guidance only.

- A Returned status means that we attempted to send your payment, but either the check was returned to us or the bank transfer did not complete. Click the link to update and save your payment information.

Then click on the green Reissue button back on the Event Summary page to reissue your payout, which will be processed and sent the following business day.
