Order a Card Reader

Note: The At The Door Card Reader is 2 3/8 inches wide; 1 1/4 inches tall, excluding dock connector (1 1/2 inches tall including dock connector); and 1/2 inch thick. Also, if your Apple device does not have a built in 30-pin connector, you may need to purchase a 30-pin adapter to connect the card reader to your device.
Download the app and configure your event
To get started, first go here to download the At The Door app and learn how to configure your event for iPad sales.
Connect the Card Reader and swipe credit cards

To use the Card Reader, simply plug it into the iPad's power outlet.

When you tap Credit to process a credit card sale, you'll see an indicator on the screen noting that the Card Reader is detected.
Simply swipe the credit card to take payment. If the total is over $25, the buyer will be asked to sign on the iPad using their finger. That's it!
