Stop receiving order confirmation emails

  • Stop receiving copies of order confirmation emails that attendees receive
  • Applies to all events in your account
  • Subuser email preferences are controlled by the admin account holder

Note: If you're a subuser on an Eventbrite account, contact your admin account holder to disable email confirmations for you, as described here. Only an account admin can disable email confirmations for subuser accounts.

To stop receiving an order confirmation email each time someone registers for your event, first log in to your Eventbrite account. Then navigate to the Email Preferences section in the Account tab, by clicking here

Uncheck the Notify me when attendees order tickets option. Then click Save.

From this point forward, you won't receive a copy of the order confirmation emails for any event in your account. (Your attendees will continue to receive these emails after ordering.) You can always reenable this option if you change your mind at any point in the future!
